Founder of WINECIERGE | Wine & Hospitality Consultant

My name is Thomas Marongiu, a wine and hospitality consultant shaped by over 17 years in fine dining and luxury services.

Born in Sardinia, raised up near Milan I began my journey in some of Europe’s most prestigious establishments—from historic 5-star hotels in Milan and St. Moritz to Michelin-starred dining rooms in London and Como.

From polishing glasses to curating 1,200-label wine lists, I’ve worked my way up through every layer of the industry. Along the way, I’ve built wine programs, led sommelier Teams, and overseen day-to-day operations at iconic venues including The Ritz London, Mandarin Oriental Lago di Como, The Arts Club Dubai, and most recently, At.Mosphere Burj Khalifa, where I served as Operations Manager.

Now, I’ve taken everything I’ve learned and poured it into my own glass. My goal is to make wine not just a beverage, but a powerful tool for storytelling, connection, and business success: Welcome to WINECIERGE!
